Gather in my mid-century modern living room for journeys in sound that could feature all of my instruments, or just a couple. The instruments will be chosen based on the astrology chart of the day, and the goal is to let yourself be cocooned in gentle sounds, let your mind be free, and your body relax.

Join me for the first in-person Relax * Retreat * Renew gathering! Start the summer months with a retreat into relaxation through gentle movement, supportive restorative rest, and learning a new skill - broom making! By the end of our time together, you will have a new group of friends, a fabulous broom to use or display, and new ways of understanding what it is to deeply rest your mind and body.
