Relax * Retreat * Renew Reflexology

Reflexology is a way to access your entire body through your feet and hands (ears too but not for this class!)

For this in-person class, participants will pair up to work on each other's feet. Sign up with a friend or meet a new one!  You will learn how to work the spine, shoulder, head and neck reflex points. Before starting to work on our feet, we will do a short movement exercise that will help your body (and hands) be prepared for the work. Each person will receive their own jar of reflexology salve from my sister company, Mayer Custom Aromatics. It will be scented with essential oils that promote relaxation.
