The use of metal singing bowls on and around your body lets vibrations get deep into the tissue to soothe the nervous system, promoting deep relaxation and healing. Other instruments such as chimes, tuning forks, drums, gongs and crystal bowls may be used to provide the session/relaxation you need to heal body, mind and spirit.
